THE JEDI COMMITTEE
At the beginning of 2022, the Justice Equity Diversity Inclusion (JEDI) Committee was formed by employees that wanted to have a place to discuss and educate each other and the rest of the Bioworld team about DEI issues. Since then, the JEDI committee has created a community that focuses on education, internal and external communication about relevant topics, and recruitment efforts. JEDI hopes to continue to grow their impact on the Bioworld community in 2024 and beyond.

Bioworld has partnered with Spectrum Designs, a New York based non-profit company, specializing in custom apparel.
COMMUNITY EVENTS
As a part of Bioworld’s company culture initiative – we held a Juneteenth celebration over the summer. The initiative included a video highlighting staffers in the Bioworld family to share what the holiday means to them.
For our 2023 Pride celebration, we partnered with Dallas Hope Charities for the second year. Dallas Hope Charities offers a welcoming and safe environment for LGBTQIA+ youth experiencing homelessness.

We are proud to be a part of the global community working to increase positive change throughout the marketplace. We currently have adaptive backpacks in Wal-Mart, Kohl’s, Macy’s, JC Penney, on Amazon and other e-commerce channels. From philanthropy to cutting-edge adaptive products – we’re pushing the boundaries of pop culture.
